Tag Rugby

Earlier in the academic year our P6/7s had the opportunity to participate in a course in Tag Rugby. This took place each Monday with a rugby specialist George Whitecross. The class took part in a number of sessions where they focussed on learning the rules and skills required to play the game and on fitness. Pupils really enjoyed the experience.

“I think rugby is good because you get to warm up, have a run about and then we do rugby activities.” Macy P6

“I think it is a really good way to get more active because you are running about. It is also good because you are communicating with people when you pass the ball to them”. Zara P6
